28 settembre 2011. - Oggi presso il Centro Congressi Fiera Milano, con la partecipazione del Nuevo León, prende avvio la seconda edizione di World Regions Forum promosso e organizzato da Regione Lombardia.

World Regions Forum è il network dei governi subnazionali che rappresentano le realtà più dinamiche e innovative delle diverse aree del mondo, il cui ruolo è riconosciuto sia a livello delle single nazioni che globale.

Il topic di WRF 2011 è: “Multilevel governance and civil society for innovation and growth”.

Il primo workshop è dedicato a: “Strengthening Business and Innovation among the enterprises oft the WRF: conditions, opportunities, scenarios”.

Governatori e delegati (circa 120 persone) di 15 Regioni sono chiamati a discutere del tema principale di WRF 2011. Oltre a Regione Lombardia, Illinois, Massachusetts, Quebec, Nuevo León, San Paolo, Buenos Aires, Gauteng, Baden-Württemberg, Madrid, Rhône-Alpes, Catalunya, Saint Petersburgh, Shanghai, Singapore, Maharashtra.

Ogni Regione partecipante è invitata a sviluppare innovative forme di collaborazione sviluppate in ottica flessibile e di consultazione continua per ridurre il peso della burocratizzazione.

La Delegazione del Nuevo Leon è composta da:

6. Daniel Gonzalez Spencer, International Affairs Director of the Autonomus University of Nuevo Leon (UANL)

7. Rafael Colás, President of the Innovation, Research and Engineering and Technology Development Center (CIIDIT)

8. Jaime Weichsel, President of the Biotechnology Cluster.

9. Liliana Licea, President of the CIMAV’s Monterrey Division.

10. Bruno Escalante, President of the Research and Advanced Studies Center of the Polytechnic National Institute.

28 de septiembre de 2011. - Hoy, en el Centro de Convenciones Fiera Milano empieza la segunda edición del Foro de Regiones del Mundo patrocinado y organizado por la región Lombardía.

El World Regions Forum es una red de gobiernos sub-nacionales que representan las áreas más dinámicas e innovadoras de las diferentes regiones del mundo, cuya misión es reconocida tanto a nivel de las naciones individuales como por el resto del mundo.

El tema de WRF 2011 es: "La gobernanza multinivel y la sociedad civil para la innovación y el crecimiento".
El primer taller está dedicado al "fortalecimiento de las empresas e innovación entre las compañías del WRF: condiciones, oportunidades, escenarios".
Gobernadores y delegados (alrededor de 120 personas) de las 15 regiones discutirán el tema principal de WRF 2011. Además de la región de Lombardía, participan Illinois, Massachusetts, Quebec, Nuevo León, San Paolo, Buenos Aires, Gauteng, Baden-Württemberg, Madrid, Rhône-Alpes, Catalunya, Saint Petersburgh, Shanghai, Singapore, Maharashtra.
Cada región participante desarrollará formas innovadoras de cooperación compatibles con ópticas flexibles y continúas para reducir el peso de la burocracia.
